I have worked with DMA for the last couple of years both in my current and previous role. They quickly got to understand and learn the key requirements of the roles I was recruiting for. This understanding and empathy of my requirements covers all roles whether the position vacant was for a Sales or Operational role.
They have a good vetting process and unlike other recruitment agencies I have used I have never had to stop an interview short due to the candidate not being what the job spec / requirements were. They are keen to come and understand the climate that their candidates are going to be working in if successfully placed and understand the purposes and visions of the organisation they are recruiting on behalf of.
I would have no issues in recommending DMA to other companies.
