Salary :£80-£100k depending on experience

The role: This role is all about engaging yourself with the owners of the business and board member’s, spreading yourself between both offices England and Ireland. You will be an integral part of the boardroom team and running all HR responsibilities on day to day work as well as strategically planning HR needs that will benefit the business. Understanding dialogue at boardroom and taking complete ownership and then planning the direction of what was discussed. The business is growing and has huge growth potential and currently looking at a couple of acquisitions so the need for a dynamic HR head is now of the utmost importance. Mentoring 1 or 2 HR Managers, pulling together training programmes, apprenticeships and other academic needs, looking at succession planning, the organisational structure, culture, and being involved with transformation will be key to my client. Developing people, managerial support and identifying risks to the business is also paramount.
The Ideal Candidate: My client is looking for a dynamic individual with a strong presence and gravitas, you will be involved with everyday HR Issues within a £50million SME business. My client is open to the background of the individual however if you come from a corporate background where you have been used to plenty of resource this would be a disadvantage so please be aware of this. The ideal candidate will have board experience and SME experience ideally or a mix of both. Creative in your thinking and processed / organised in your approach
