The Role: This role is all about Sales Leadership and taking ownership of the UK sales market for my client. Working closely with the Group Sales Director. Managing Sales direction, Sales Account Managers, Sales executives and empowering the team to focus on the extraction of margin retention. Supporting the business with strategic ideas and being strong with data analysis is paramount in order to change the way business and the sales team operate – Quality customers and Quality margin and how the sales team work daily, weekly, monthly is a necessary need. You will motivate lead, develop and set objectives. The role is one of opportunity and my client are looking at succession planning for their business.
The Ideal Candidate: You will need to be driven, high energy, passionate and see the opportunity ahead of you. My client is looking for Character and Genuine desire.
