Role : Sales Manager – Customer Service Relationship Manager
Location: Birmingham – Regional so ideal 1 hour from Birmingham
Salary £35-£45k depending on experience, Car , Bonus Private Medical

The Role: Fabulous role for an individual who can win new business, build existing business and knows how to sell, manage a portfolio of existing accounts as well as searching for new accounts. This role will require: Planning, Organisational skills, building pipelines for new and existing clients. The role will be all about Solution selling and pitching yourself and your company at the right level across the school / educational market.
The Ideal candidate: You will be the ideal candidate if you come from a sales background and have sold into schools. If you have not had the exact experience but have had a very similar background eg selling other services into the education sector this would be considered. As an individual you will be believable and have the right work ethics – professional and honest. You will be driven and have the drive to sell, build new openings, enjoy the relationship building and have the consultative approach.
The Client: My client are a recognised name and despite having a tough few years investment has taken place and growth has been recognised by the board. Well known business with great hands on leader and exciting times ahead.
