**Key Account Manager, Permanent, Full Time **
** Salary up to £45,000 per annum dependant on experience plus benefits**
** West Midlands (Coleshill/ Birmingham)**

- Create and implement business plans and sales strategy
- Meet sales objectives/ drive sales and margin improvements.
- Competitor analysis
- Analyse customer sales data and determine growth actions to
- Identify customer requirements and exceed expectations
- Maintain business relationships
- Manage Key Account commercial proposals
- Re negotiate and extend contracts for existing business
- Manage account profitability per product, contracts and sites
- Negotiation skills at a complex level
- Understand financial impact of business decisions for the business and the customer
- Coordination of Key Account plans and strategies
- Project Management techniques and evidence of managing projects
- Drive and passion to meet stretch objectives
- Interest in solving problems for customers and being a solutions provider.
- Degree or equivalent in Business related subject
