Sales Manager

Role – SALES MANAGER – Field Sales Manager - 

Location – Birmingham , West Midlands, Warwickshire

Salary - £40-45k basic, car or car allowance, bonus  & benefits

My client is looking for a very polished Sales professional who is at the start of their Sales Management, Do you have 1-2 years Management experience? if so please read on .

The Role – This role is all about managing a small team of 3-4 Field sales professionals, account managers, new business sales executive and a p&l. You will be:

• Leading
• Managing
• Setting Sales Strategy with Director
• Coaching
• Supporting

This role is ideally suited to a sales professional who has a Solution Sales Background and 12-36 months field Sales Management experience.

The Ideal Candidate: Strong Sales background from a service , solution , contract sales background. Recently moved into Management and an individual who has a polished approach and can demonstrate Field Sales Management experience.
