Salary : upto £50k for 12 month contract with potential to go longer
My client : My client are in 80- countries worldwide and with offices Midlands and the North East their growth is expanding quite considerably.
The Role: : To advise and remodel the Contact Centre , reporting into the Contact Centre manager you will evaluate the set up , systems , process’s and people in order to give feedback on findings with the end goal being to implement improvements and offering beneficial changes.

Ideal background : An experienced professional with contact Centre Management experience . This individual will be someone who has been there and done it and totally understands the flow of a contact centre. Experience is key and assessing the needs for improvement is paramount so someone who can communicate well and implement findings with the ability to support the Contact Centre Team during a change period .
