In practice, this means we don’t rely on Job Boards – instead, they support us. We prefer a proactive approach, building networks and lists of candidates and matching these precisely to our clients’ needs. We don’t see this as a premium service relevant to senior appointments only – every role matters, and we undertake this level of work as standard.
