Having worked within specialist markets such as Waste Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Construction, FMCG and several Venture Capitalists, I see recruitment as being a complete service to individuals of influence who really want to find the best people for their business.
As a head-hunter and an experienced recruitment professional with 10 years’ HR experience, I oversee and am heavily involved with searching for candidates to meet our clients’ requirements. I manage and head up a team that are responsible for conducting the initial searches and mapping for clients’ requirements.
My role is to generate and manage new business. I also focus on specialist recruitment requirements and head office roles. With a strong recruitment background placing Middle Management up to Senior Appointments, all my candidates and clients receive a reliable and honest recruitment experience when DMA Recruitment is commissioned to work a vacancy by my team of experienced consultants and I.
I am highly motivated and have over 10 years’ experience in a fast-paced sales environment. I currently manage a team of consultants and personally headhunt and search for the perfect candidate to fill roles – from general managers to senior sales executives, covering all in between.
With quite a varied role, I am responsible for overseeing all administration, IT and communications within DMA. My role is imperative to keep operations running smoothly for consultants, candidates and clients
My role is to support, liaise with, and coordinate the Heads of Division across all office and recruitment functions – from back office administration through to working with the director and dealing with candidates and clients. I’m passionate about my work and ensuring we always get the perfect outcome.
