My passion is trust and honesty despite working in recruitment! For many years, I have helped senior decision-makers and boards find the right people. Having worked within specialist markets such as Waste Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Construction, FMCG and several Venture Capitalists, I see recruitment as being a complete service to individuals of influence who really want to find the best people for their business.

As a head-hunter and an experienced recruitment professional with 10 years’ HR experience, I oversee and am heavily involved with searching for candidates to meet our clients’ requirements. I manage and head up a team that are responsible for conducting the initial searches and mapping for clients’ requirements.
I am the marketing specialist here at the DMA Group. Working closely alongside my managing director, Charlie Beaumont – I work on retained, confidential and critical roles at DMA. I am the first point of connection responsible for networking with candidates and clients to bring the right people together.
