Aspray Logistics’ HR Director engaged with our MD, Charlie Beaumont, and tasked us with running a search to source an Operations Director and a Sales Director to sit on the business’s board. Our approach was simple: to shortlist at least two candidates per role, and to go to market with an open mind. We ran our process based on long lists, short lists and interviews, before selecting our preferred candidates. Thanks to this careful and detailed approach, DMA successfully filled both positions.
