Position: HR Director
Location: Birmingham, UK , National Role , some European travel
Salary: £70- £80k with car or allowance & good benefits
My client is looking for an HR Director to manage their UK operation, superb organisation spread across over many other countries and a company that truly value their employees. This opportunity requires a forward thinking and creative HR Director who has fresh ideas , fresh approaches and modern in their thinking and behaviour.
This role is a key leadership role reporting into the UK Managing Director , you will be in the senior management team operating with a high degree of autonomy, embedding the strategic approach and significantly contributing to the effective delivery of the business’ strategic objectives.
You will be experienced and ensure that all HR operations are carried out smoothly and effectively and take over from existing HR Director so hitting the ground running is key and your ability to build a working relationship with a very hard working MD is paramount.
There will be many aspects to this role from developing HR and Employee Relations best practice, enabling my client to be employer of choice ,you will be leading change and developing capability with the support of an excellent HR team , working on many projects to benefit the business in the UK ,managing and delivering operations, and transformation to shape future structures and underlying process infrastructure across the UK. The Ideal Candidate:
My client is looking for a modern HR professional who can bring a freshness with their ideas, approach, and leadership. You will need to be flexible and be able to demonstrate that you can adapt to working with and for different styles of Managing Directors. You will need to be detailed, hardworking, inclusive, forward looking and passion for diversity.
- Extensive HRBP/HR generalist experience, including international HR experience or employment Prior management experience would be preferred.
- Excellent detail, organizational, multi-tasking, facilitation, influence, and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively and influence stakeholders across all levels in the organization
