The Role -  PA

Hours - 24-26 hours , flexible work , home and office 

Salary - Pro Rata £25-£32,000pa

Are you a PA , who is looking for a great role , excellent company , interesting work however working 24-26 hours , if so please read on 

The Role : You will provide a personal and strictly confidential service to the Managing Director of my client. This role requires a very thorough individual who has had a good level of PA experience within companies / organisations that have not only supported as a PA to the director/s  but who can organise many events eg AGM's , Board Meetings , Members meetings ,Regioanl Meetings and other meetings that senior managers may have.

General Activities:

  • Maintain the daily operation including all administrative and organisational issues on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Maintain an organised filing system for all correspondence (both email and hard copy) relating to the position, including that on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Organise and co-ordinate the Managing Director’s electronic diary and arrange and schedule all meetings on his behalf
  • Organise all travel and accommodation arrangements for the Managing Director and other Directors when required
  • Liaise with the Managing Director’s business contacts on his behalf
  • Organise, prepare in full and attend all company meetings, conferences and events
  • Take Minutes at company meetings, including Board Meetings and full Member Meetings
  • Prepare and maintain legal membership agreements as necessary
  • Maintain contact sheets for the membership and Board of Directors
  • Collate Powerpoint presentations as and when required
  • Proof read documents (including marketing material) as and when required
  • Order and maintain catering supplies/buffets for meeting rooms and offices
  • Preparation of Boardpack for monthly Board Meetings, including:
    • compiling Agenda
    • collating Board Reports from other Directors and Senior Managers
    • issuing pack electronically to Board Directors in a timely manner
  • Make full arrangements for any Board Meetings which may be held off site, including:
    • Selecting and contracting with suitable venue, ensuring that the meeting room/accommodation/evening dinner arrangements meet the needs
    • advising all Board Directors of the final arrangement

The Ideal Candidate: You will need to be efficent and pro active and have a persoanlity that leans itself to building a strong relationship with the MD. Maturity with regards to liasing with senior directors across the group is very important .
