The Role : This role is all about demonstrating you have the ability to join a business that employs 1000 people in the UK , spreads itself worldwide however HR Directors role is UK and some of Europe. The role is all about being responsibility for HR and the people / strategy.You wil be responsible for delivery of objectives and performance management programmes , driving high levels of accountability , skills developments , and culture. Working closley with the MD in UK and updating on strategy .
Who are we looking for : We are looking for an existing head of HR head , who has so much more room to grow , we do not want a Regional or Divisonal HR head professioanl but instead a bright , energetic HR head who can make decisions , challenge the Senior Leadership Team. You will have to be Verstile , able to work in a complex business, have a nayural flair and is in their mid career but understands Strategic and leadership.
