The Role – Account Manager / BDM
Location – Warwickshire ( Coventry , Solihull , Birmingham , Kenilworth )
Salary £30- £35k basic salary with Car or allowance and benefits, uncapped O.T.E paid annually
Fantastic organisation who needs a positive hard working and energised Account manager with BDM skills – Experience selling into Food & Pharmaceuticals is extremely beneficial. This is a Solution Sales – Not a Transactional Sales !!!

The Role: This role is all about managing a number of accounts from 10- 15 and grow developing and extracting sales from these accounts. You will also be looking at Business Development opportunities and having an eye on sales within Food / Pharmaceuticals.
- Managing Account plans
- Prospecting, Negotiating and Closing new sales opportunities
- Developing relationships
- Deploying pricing actions
- Work with CRM / Updating the database
The Ideal Candidate: Good energy , experience of at least 1 and preferable 2 Field Sales / Account Managers positions and an individual that has a genuine desire to build and grow sales .My client does not want a fly by night instead an individual that recognises rewards come through hard work and planning.
