The Role – Internal BDM & Team Leader

My client are in need of a Internal Sales professional / Manager / leader – A Sales professional who can bring in new opportunities at the corporate level and get the very best from a small team – is this you ?
The Role – This role is all about managing a small internal team of telesales appointment makers, leading supporting and coaching. Experience in managing internal sales team is essential. The role will also require you to target personally the bigger / blue chip clients and create opening for the field sales team. This is a 50% split role between managing a team and helping them hit their targets as well hitting your own goals.
The Ideal Candidate- With this role it is paramount you are IT Savy and that you have experience working with Linked In , social media , google and know how to create openings in order to fact find with a client. You will be proactive and be able to work at a fast pace balancing your time between Managing 2-3 salespeople in the team as well as building your own pipeline. You will need to be a strong communicator with internal stakeholders and external clients. This role will be demanding and does require someone who loves a sales challenge.
