The Role – HR Director
Salary - £80-£120k plus package
Location – Southampton
Strategic HR Director with plenty of experience in Change, Transformation and People Re-structuring.
My client are a well respected organisation and have big plans to grow, develop and the HR Director will be involved in a positive journey once change has taken place- Exciting role for the right HR Professional.
The role requires an experienced HR Director with a solid track record in strategic HR restructuring. As HR Director you will have gained experience with companies that have employed at least 500 employees and have been involved with plenty of change, restructuring and transformation. This role will involve plenty of Change management at a time of sensitivity amongst the staff so experience and a track record in this kind of environment is paramount. Working closely with and being part of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering a UK customer centric HR service across this growing business. You will review the delivery and lead on all HR Projects, manage the HR team across the business and assist Directors with wider business growth and strategic HR development.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Work as UK HR lead on all generalist HR matters & projects.
- Implement, review & upgrade HR strategies.
- Review the delivery of ER case management across the business
- Review the delivery Change and transformation.
The ideal HR Director will come from either Manufacturing or an Industrial background, this role requires an individual who has seen plenty of change so an experienced professional will be required.
