The Role: This role is all about supporting a large organisation that are worldwide, working closely with the HRBP and being supervisory to a small HR Support team. You will be advising and managing the team with regards to their work loads, holidays, and general day to day month to month experience, you will be dealing with low level ER issues and queries to role with them. Another part of this role is to take an active step towards working closely with Data and supporting the business in the UK across, HR and Finance. Providing the right information for a business is key and to have the right mindset towards Data and how HR can impact is very important eg
- Look at projections and areas that requires targeting,
- analytics which can all be pulled together to build Dashboards.
- Mindset to be confident to try and run with ideas.
