In this model, DMA recruitment consultants source and screen qualified candidates – with a focus on finding the very best match for the business, its culture and the role. We then present the pool of identified candidates to you for review – if your company hires one or more, a placement fee is collected based on a percentage of the new hire’s projected first year’s salary.

DMA fully appreciate the need to utilise other agencies. We tend to advise, however, that clients use one or two at most – and prefer to work in this way wherever possible. We believe that your aim should be to avoid flooding the marketplace with any particular requirement – spread your search thinly and you won’t get the best results.
